Faith and the Culture
Rick:
Welcome to the intersection of faith and the culture. This is WallBuilders Live, where we talk about today’s hottest topics from policy faith, the culture, elections, you name it. And it’s after Thanksgiving, so David has taken over the producer’s booth and inserted Christmas music.
David:
Now, wait a minute. Oh, hold it, hold it. I want you to back up about four weeks ago, you guys told me that when it came December 1st, we were going to start playing Christmas music. It is December 1st I’ve drugged you at least two weeks earlier than you’ve ever been. So but this is with your permission this time, Rick.
Rick:
Yeah, I was going to clarify my position there in that David’s playing Christmas music with permission. It’s not that he doesn’t play Christmas music all year long. It’s just Tim and I don’t know until he sneaks in there, and then we’re like, okay, wait, it’s July, yet, now we did say, we did Tim, we said after Thanksgiving, it’s all his…
Tim:
It is the consent of the governed at this point. So that is true.
David:
Majority brought to three.
Rick:
Well, I’m like you guys with the Christmas tree up all year long, we got ours out last night. So we are finally getting our stuff put up. So go for it, man, Christmas music, all good.
Early Christmas in 2020
Tim:
And probably also to clarify, there were a lot of people this year that felt like this is the exception year, because a lot of people, like election night, they’re like you know what, we need cheer in our life, Christmas decorations are coming out. So probably it even those who are strict after Thanksgiving, Christmas, there’s maybe you’re a little more lenient and graceful this year, but yes, our Christmas tree hasn’t come down in about five years.
David:
I was going to say Rick, good for you for getting out last night, but I got mine out years ago, and it hadn’t come down yet.
Rick:
Well, for all you folks out there that are listening for the first time, these voices that you hear, that is David Barton. He’s America’s premier historian, and our founder here at WallBuilders. That’s Tim Barton, national speaker and pastor and president of WallBuilders. My name is Rick Green, I’m former Texas legislator and America’s Constitution coach. Check us out at wallbuilderslive.com and also at wallbuilders.com.
And I want to emphasize wallbuilders.com, because there was so much disinformation and non-truth last week during Thanksgiving, all across the country, as we were told a lot of lies about what Thanksgiving actually is. So go to wallbuilders.com, get the book “The American Story”, and you’re going to learn the truth about the foundations of even the things that our nation was built upon from 150 years before. So check that out “The American Story” right there at wallbuilders.com.
State by State
Guys, here, we are now four weeks to the day from the election and still a lot going on in the States. We’ve been trying to keep people updated on a daily basis with what’s happening in these key States. It’s still Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and then big stuff in Arizona this week as well. So let’s just run down the list. What’s the State you want to start with first?
Tim:
Well, guys, one of the things that we saw just over the last, I guess, 24, maybe 30 something hours was there was a data expert that came out and identified significant abnormalities in the vote counting process. And ironically enough, all of them tended toward Democrat nominee Joe Biden.
And one of the things this individual is quoted as saying, for some reason, all the errors seem to go against Trump, and it’s unclear why that is. And he identify there were 25 instances in Pennsylvania, which votes actually were subtracted from the total.
Now, I know there’s been accusations about that, apparently, this data expert can identify the specific times, places where that took place, and actually has the exact number of how many votes were taken away from President Trump. And he identified 97,676 votes during 25 data reductions, and then there were gains for Biden; not just reductions for Trump, but also gains for Biden of 160,000 approximate votes, is what he identified. And so just very interesting.
And in the midst of this, 10 years ago, Pennsylvania was the first State to go to Common Core math, scores fell dramatically at that time. And so I guess some of those students are now doing the math calculations on votes, and maybe that’s why things are swinging the wrong way on some of this.
Pennsylvania: Electors in Dispute
But you’re seeing more and more of these experts come out and identify, there’s abnormalities, there’s problems in what is going on. And so we’re seeing more of that evidence come out, or at least more reports come out that there is evidence of that in Pennsylvania.
David:
And we were talking yesterday about and how the Pennsylvania is kind of got three tracks going. There was a state lawsuits, there’s a federal lawsuit, and then the legislature is meeting to look at information and they really felt that there was a lot of problems there. And so what happened since we were talking yesterday, the Pennsylvania lawmakers have formally introduced a resolution to dispute the 2020 election results.
So what they’re doing is they’re calling on the secretary of the Commonwealth to withdraw that what they call the premature certification of the presidential election, and to delay certifying any other races. That resolution declares the 2020 election to be in dispute and it urges the US Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in the Commonwealth to be in dispute. What I thought was interesting was they gave three big points in their resolution; pointing out that, while the Constitution gives to the legislature the power to set the rules, the rules for this election were largely set by the executive branch and also by the judicial branch.
And so they point to September 17th, when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court unilaterally said that they’re going to extend the deadline on ballots, and that you wouldn’t have to have a postmark timely, and they would accept it for days after. Then October 23th, the Secretary of the Commonwealth ruled that the signatures on the mail-in ballots did not need to be authenticated. And the third thing was on November 2nd, the secretary of the Commonwealth, they encourage certain counties to notify parties and candidate representatives of mail-in ballots that contain defects and have them come in and fix their ballots.
The Law Was Violated
So the problem with that is Pennsylvania election code says that ballots have to be received by 8pm on Election Day. It mandates that the signatures on the mail-in ballots have to be authenticated, and it forbids the counting of defective mail-in ballots. So the code is really clear, and those three actions by those officials violated the law very clearly. So this is why they’re asking for really kind of a decertification.
Now, they got an uphill climb here, because they’re calling on the secretary of the Commonwealth who did this. Is he going to go back and publicly say, hey, Mea culpa, my fault, I shouldn’t have violated the law. No, he’s going to hold it up. In what way he wanted to, he’s not going to back off. And then they’re asking the US Congress to declare the presidential electors and Commonwealth to be in dispute.
Are we likely to think that Pelosi is going to do that? Definitely not. So this is an uphill battle. But it really points out what I think is headed to the Supreme Court. And that is, number one, that you’re having law violated unilaterally by people who aren’t empowered to make the law; and number two, the equal protection aspect, which we talked about yesterday. So that’s some more news out of Pennsylvania.
Rick:
Alright, so Pennsylvania is still somewhat up in the air, but most likely that one of the three that you mentioned, David, you know, Supreme Court at this point, because the leadership in the Pennsylvania legislature is probably not going to go along with that resolution that’s been proposed by dozens of legislators, but the leadership has signaled they’re probably not going to go with it. So that one you mentioned going to the Supreme Court, and saying look, you guys broke the law, broke the Constitution, that’s the most likely outcome for Pennsylvania, I’m guessing is your summation as well?
Sydney Powell’s Lawsuit
David:
Yeah. That’s what I think as the greatest prospects of getting anywhere, is that claim.
Rick:
Alright, let’s move over to Georgia. Tim, what’s going on in Georgia lately?
Tim:
Well, guys, we identified Sidney Powell filed lawsuit in Georgia, a lot of things happening because of that. Well, US District Judge, Timothy Batten came out, and essentially, the governor and Secretary of State in Georgia, when Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit, they said, look, what you’re alleging is not really true.
And if we were to pursue what you’re suggesting, and Sidney Powell, for those who might not know, and just keep everybody on the same page, she was alleging that Dominion voting system machines are part of a vast election rigging scheme. So the system they’re using was a very big problem and etc, etc.
Well, the governor and Secretary of State came out and said, that if this was carried forward, the three counties that they want inspected our Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee, it would pose serious security and intellectual property risks. So to actually carry through and investigate, it would cause risks for their State, for election integrity, etc, or whatever. Well, the Judge looked at that and said, okay, you’re saying to investigate what’s happening and investigate these voting machines and investigate this system, Dominion, is going to cause security risks?
Investigating Dominion Causes Security Risks?
He said, you’re going to have to prove, or at least give me some compelling evidence why you think it’s going to expose or give security risks to investigate this matter further. So he gave them until Friday to respond with their reasoning of why this lawsuit should not go forward.
So it is very interesting that the governor and Secretary of State who are both Republicans in Georgia would be against this measure, but they have until Friday to come out with maybe why they think is a bad idea and why this could compromise security or intellectual property risks with what’s going on. So that’s one of the lawsuits in Georgia.
David:
Another that’s going in Georgia is the Trump campaign has asked for the fifth time for the Secretary of State to at least do an audit of 45,000 signatures of ballots to make sure that those mail-in ballots actually the signatures matched. Now, the reason this does not seem unreasonable to me is there were nearly 5 million ballots cast in the election. And they’re just saying, hey, just take 45,000 of these ballots, 1% of the election votes and just do an audit since the signatures match.
And if in 45,000 votes, if it’s a tiny infinitesimal amount that doesn’t match, alright; but if it’s a big amount that doesn’t match, that something significant. And we’ll see if the Secretary of State’s going to respond this time. But the previous four times, he’s refused to do any kind of an audit on ballot signatures there.
We’ve heard from officials there in the State that he’s actually separated the envelopes from the ballots, and now he can’t connect them up anymore, so he can’t do a signature audit. But nonetheless, that’s a reasonable request, 1%. Look, if there’s no problem there, just do the audit and be done with it. But I don’t even know that you can do the audit at this point from what we’re hearing elsewhere. But that’s also news that’s happened the last 24 hours in Georgia.
America Votes
Tim:
Also, guys, one thing before we finish out this segment, looking at Georgia, now beyond the presidential election, looking at the senate run-off races, and I guess, what could be considered some special elections in some situations, but these two Senate races happening in Georgia, there’s now an investigation going on of several liberal groups that are trying to make a difference. In these two races, there are progressive groups that have come in to try to sign up new voters in the area.
And among those groups, there’s America Votes, there’s Vote Forward, there’s a new Georgia Project. And the Secretary of State’s looking into these groups, because of some of what they’re doing to encourage people to vote, such as America Votes, was sending absentee ballots to people who haven’t lived in Georgia for more than 25 years.
A spokesman for America Votes send an email to the Associated Press that said the group is working to make sure that every voice is heard. Well, if you haven’t lived there for 25 years, like your voice can be heard just probably not in this Georgia election…
David:
Hey, can we in Texas vote in that election for the Republicans?
Rick:
Hey, guys, we’re going to be there this coming weekend doing our barnstorming tour, can we just vote while we’re there? Why not?
David:
Every voice needs to be heard, so I’m sure they’ll welcome all the Republicans doing that.
It’s Illegal
Tim:
No, that’s frowned on, guys, actually, that’s illegal. And that’s why the Secretary of State’s looking into this, because this is absolutely illegal activity. And there’s some groups telling college students, hey, change it, change your voter registration, where you live so you can vote here and then change it right back afterwards, you may vote home too.
Obviously, if you’re a college student, you want to change your registrations, you can vote in Georgia, you can do that. But then you can’t change it back and vote somewhere else during the same election cycle. And so there’s a lot of encouragement for these progressive groups of things that are certainly not aboveboard, and in some cases, actually illegal. So the Secretary of State’s looking into some of that activity. So that’s also happening in Georgia.
Rick:
A lot going on in Georgia and we’ll see it firsthand this weekend. If you’re in Georgia and you want to join David, Tim, and me on part of the Barnstorming Tour, check it out at barnstormgeorgia.com, barnstormgeorgia.com. We’d love to have you with us. It’s going to be a great time this weekend. We’re encouraging people, Christians to be biblical citizens to actually get engaged, not just in this runoff, but throughout the culture and in future elections as well stay with us. We’ll be right back, you’re listening to WallBuilders Live.
The American Story
Hey, guys, we want to let you know about a new resource we have at WallBuilders called The American Story. For so many years, people have asked us to do a history book to help tell more of the story that’s just not known or not told today. And we would say very providentially in the midst of all of the new attacks coming out against America, whether it be from things like the 1619 project that say America is evil and everything in America was built off slavery, which is certainly not true or things like even the Black Lives Matter movement, the organization itself, not out of statement, Black Lives Matter, but the organization that says we’re against everything that America was built on, and this is part of the Marxist ideology. There’s so many things attacking America.
Well, is America worth defending? What is the true story of America? We actually have written and told that story. Starting with Christopher Columbus, going roughly through Abraham Lincoln, we tell the story of America, not as the story of a perfect nation or a perfect people, but the story of how God used these imperfect people and did great things through this nation. It’s a story you want to check out wallbuilder.com, The American Story.
Rick:
Welcome back to WallBuilders Live, we are celebrating Christmas all month long. That’s it. It’s December now, we’ve given David permission to play any Christmas music he wants. That sounded like an ad synthesizer Christmas music there. Is that Mannheim Steamroller, who was that?
David:
A good call, man. That was good call. Yeah, you got.
Rick:
I only know that because Rush used to play that 20 years ago and I remember him playing that, but I love it. It sounds great, in a little, mixes up our Christmas music a lot.
Some Really Weird Stuff
Tim:
Well, we do try to be historic at this radio station. So we’ll just go back to what people were doing 20 years ago and pretend like it’s so cool.
Rick:
There we go. Alright. Well, let’s talk about this election still. We talked about Georgia and Pennsylvania already, several other States in play. Let’s jump over to Nevada. What’s happening in Nevada now?
David:
So when you look back to previous, for example, in Clark County, if you look at Clark County, which is Las Vegas, which is where and by the way, Kimberly, thank you for your note, Kimberly sent a really kind note said, hey, guys, it’s Nevada, not in Nevada. And so she lives there, I’m going to assume she’s right. I hear people call in Nevada, but I’ll go with Nevada. So thanks…
Tim:
I’ve heard about both ways.
David:
I’ve heard about both ways. Yeah. But thank you, Kimberly, it was a great note. It was fun. So in Las Vegas area, Clark County, which is where the overwhelming majority of the population is. So when you look back to 2016, and you look at all the voter registration forms that were filled out in 2016, there were a total of 68, voter registration forms that had incomplete data, and with incomplete data, you’re not supposed to be able to get your voter stuff. Because if you don’t, for example, provide your age, your birthday, how do you know how old you are? Maybe you’re 12 years old trying to vote. So you’ve got to provide your birthday?
Michigan
Well, this year, there was unusual, as they call it a weird spike in that, 68 incomplete voter registrations in a town of millions. This year, there were 13,372 incomplete voter registrations missing things like date of birth, how can you give someone a ballot on that if you don’t know how old they are?
So really weird stuff, and this is part of what they’re pointing to in the lawsuit and what’s going on there. And also, there was a lot of addresses given that were temporary addresses, like RV Parks, and casinos, were some of the addresses for that people submitted on their voter application. So, strange stuff in that State, Nevada or Nevada, whatever it is, but strange stuff there, part of the lawsuit.
Tim:
I kind of like talk about our Kansas or Tahoe’s or some of the other funny states too.
David:
That’s right. Yeah.
Rick:
Yeah. Well, is there multiple ways to say Michigan?
Digital Forensic Analysis
Tim:
Michigan.
Rick:
Michigan?
Tim:
Yeah. So as long as we’re jumping up there, guys, Sidney Powell also filed a lawsuit up in Michigan, and a digital forensic analysis was done by a former military intelligence analyst. And this article is as his name was redacted, but he claims to present unambiguous evidence that the Dominion software was actually accessed by agents acted on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections.
Well, that’s a pretty extraordinary claim, except one of the things that he points out is that he does a lot of work as a white hat hacker, used by some of the top election specialists in the world, meaning that he actually tries to hack into these organizations for the leaders of the States or like, whatever the system is to show them, is it vulnerable, is it not vulnerable.
And one of the things he points out is that you can actually track some of these IP addresses back to Iranian IP addresses, is what he wrote concluding that “the scanning behaviors showed that foreign agents of aggressor nations have access to us voter lists, and have done so recently also pointed to [inaudible 17:49] and China. So interesting and part of the allegations, again, right now, a lot of allegation that’s being made, as be proven in court, but certainly interesting allegations.
More Affidavits
David:
And also along that line, some more affidavits came out yesterday, those affidavits, some by folks we know in Michigan, aerospace scientists there, a great engineer. And he actually points to the fact that as they were watching votes tabulated there in Detroit area, that those machines, Dominion machines were connected to the internet, outside internet, which you can’t do that, because that allows you to download information or be hacked or you can put stuff in you’re not supposed to. And so that’s a big problem.
Also, on that affidavit, was one of the Dominions software’s own IT contractors, and also, lots of evidence there, lots of testimony there, lots of what she saw that was fraudulent. So that’s some more affidavits coming out. So I think the lawsuit in Michigan is far from over, there’s a lot left to go there. But again, we remind you, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:17 that one side sounds good until you hear the other. The State may come up with plausible explanations for this. Right now, this is what’s coming out in the lawsuit and the evidence, we’ll see if there’s another side to it.
Tim:
And guys, as we’re doing this, obviously, for the listeners, we are trying to cover a lot of content very quickly. Each day, we’re trying to stay up to date on what’s going on, because new stuff is changing all the time. In fact, yesterday, we talked about how a Judge had said we’re going to protect these servers so they can’t be cleaned, and then the Judge came out and said no, it’s fine. And then actually, yesterday evening, the Judge came out and said actually, we’re going to protect those servers again or those voting machines again. And so there’s just things happening almost every hour. And so…
Never Before…
David:
I don’t think I can remember a time when a federal Judge overruled himself twice within 24 hours. I mean, that’s just amazing for that Judge to go…
Rick:
Yeah, this was a roller coaster ride just last few days. Yeah.
Tim:
So yeah, a lot happening. Jumping to Wisconsin, there’s a lawsuit going before the Wisconsin Supreme Court dealing with their drop boxes where they put up 500 drop boxes in 72 counties where people could go drop the balance off on these drop boxes. The challenge with that is there’s not really oversight of what happens with these drop boxes in the sense of now obviously, they can be locked down, the boxes themselves are secure.
But as far as who’s dropping off the ballots and what it’s looking like, and what they’re showing is it does look like there could be a lot of fraud and what’s going on. And it notes that it was commissioners, who was content in Election Commission, or commissioners who actually approved this, it was not the State legislative body. It wasn’t Congress. And the Constitution says that it’s supposed to be the State legislative body, who was the one who enacts these protocols and procedures.
California
And so, the fact that it was done about elections commission, and not the constitutional process, maybe these things should be invalidated because it was done incorrectly, not to mention, really lots of room for fraud in the midst of this. So still things continuing to happen.
Out in California, on a positive note, there were four seats that in 2018 had gone Democrat that have now come back to Republican and actually, there’s still some outstanding races happening, where votes are still being tallied. And it looks like in seven of those eight races still outstanding, they probably will go Republican. So you’re still seeing gains being made across the nation, which is still good news in the midst of the craziness of what we’re seeing.
David:
And one of those races is actually in New York, this has been going on for four weeks. They’ve recounted, recounted, recounted, recounted, and they keep going back and fourth on who the winner is. It’s 35 votes especially, no, it’s changed 12 votes of this and it goes back and forth. And a New York Supreme Court Justice got fed up today and put his foot down said I want all eight counties to provide me all of their tally books. You guys don’t seem to be able to do math. By the way, New York was another common core state 10 years ago. So maybe those graduates are trying to do math and can’t figure it out. So the Judge is frustrated. He said, I want to see the math.
I want to hear, and I want you guys to give me final results this week. So this congressional race had been going like forever. Right now, the republican leads by 12 votes, and again, think how few votes that is when you’re looking at 300,000, 400,000, 500,000 votes. Also, since yesterday, you have Nevada, you have Wisconsin and you have Arizona that have officially certified Biden as the winner. So that’s kind of a look from around the country.
A Must-Read Article
Tim:
Well, guys, one last thing is we’re looking at closing out the show for today, there was an article that came out by Patrick Basham, the title is “Reasons why the 2020 presidential election is Deeply Puzzling”. I would encourage everybody out there, read the article, it’ll give you a little insight to what we’re seeing on a daily basis. In fact, we can put a link on the WallBuilders Live websites, you can go click there, you can read this article.
I want to point out a few things from the article that will hopefully give us some context in the midst of what’s going on. And then obviously, for all of you who are people of faith, this is a good direction to pray that continued stuff gets exposed, that justice prevails, etc, etc. and what we’re doing and prayer.
But a couple things that this guy points out, and by the way, just to give him a little credentials, he is a guy who is a pollster. He says “I’m a pollster, and I find this election to be deeply puzzling.” So he spends a lot of time with numbers. And then looking at the numbers, a couple things that stand out that are again, one of those deeply puzzling kind of things.
He says “We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history, but he won a record low of 17% of counties.” Now, the reason that significant is because that’s several hundred of the less than President Obama won in 2008. And yet somehow, Biden outdid President Obama with 13 million more votes, winning 200 less counties. So as he points out as a pollster, these are just statistical anomalies that don’t make a lot of sense.
And the conclusion of his article, he gives nine things that really stand out to him. And I’m going to read just a couple of those to kind of highlight some of what’s going on, why the Trump administration has not yet conceded, why there’s still fights going on, because some of this just doesn’t make sense.
Concerning Facts About Election 2020
- “Late in election night with Trump comfortably ahead, many swing states stopped counting ballots, and most cases, observers were removed from the counting facilities. Counting generally continued without the observers.” So why did you just arbitrarily stop counting, remove the observers and then start counting again? That doesn’t make sense.
- “Statistical abnormal vote counts were the new normal when counting resumed. They were unusually large in size, hundreds of thousands, and had an unusually high 90% and above Biden and Trump ratio.” So when these ballot dumps happened, over 90%, sometimes 96%, 97%, 98% of the votes that were all of a sudden discovered all went to Biden. Doesn’t make a lot of sense.
- “Late arriving ballots were counted. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots, having impossible post overturn dates, and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return dates. They raise serious questions.” Now, what we’re talking about is for 23,000 of these, the date that they were mailed out, they were also postmark to be returned, and some of them were postmarked before the day they were sent out. That doesn’t make any sense. In fact, that’s an impossibility. And on 86,000 of those, it was things like the very next day they were postmark to come back. If you know the post office, that’s very unusual, that is postmark going out one day and the next day is postmark coming back. So things that just read concerns.
- “The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots, the destruction of mail-in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures.”
- “Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates.” And this is something that a lot of people have pointed out, were generally the rejection rate of mail-in ballots, it can be as high as 20% that are rejected. And this situation, I think, it’s less than 1%. In fact, it’s only a fraction of 1% that have been rejected, so an unusually high acceptance rate. In Pennsylvania 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing. Those USB cards are missing. He goes through the rest of this list. There’s a lot of things that raise serious questions and concerns, which is why the people that are into numbers, the data analysts, the posters are saying, this doesn’t make a lot of sense if you just look at the data and the numbers.
