Summary: A school in San Jose, California bans students from wearing shirts with American flags on them. John Whitehead of The Rutherford Institute is our guest. He tells us about the case. The assistant principal told the parents that allowing students to wear an American flag might offend some of the Hispanic students. However, none of the Hispanic students were banned from wearing Mexican flags, nor any other country’s flag. Only the American flag was banned.
