Summary: The constitution does not give the courts power over the military. Congress is the sole force that is permitted to regulate the military. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals thinks it is their place to tell the military they have to allow homosexuality among their ranks. What can we do to? Congress has the authority to abolish courts. Why are we afraid to consider this?
