What Message is the Government Sending by Not Enforcing Obscenity Laws?

Summary: Laws are written for a reason. They keep the wicked in check, and provide safety to those who will be team players. Our current administration is not enforcing the obscenity laws that we, as citizens, want. Why is there no consequence for illegal pornography, today? What is the difference between having no law and having a law that is not enforced?
